Refund policy

Fleet Rx Government Supply operates as a quote-based reseller. Because many items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, returns are subject to that supplier's own return policy, which will be disclosed at the time of quote when it differs from the terms below.

 

Standard-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply where the supplier charges Fleet Rx one. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing an order; some collections are marked final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

Custom, special-order, or made-to-spec items (cut-to-length chain, non-standard strap lengths, or anything built to a buyer-approved specification) are non-returnable once the order is confirmed, consistent with supplier terms.

 

Items damaged in freight must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Fleet Rx will coordinate a claim or replacement with the carrier or supplier rather than issue an automatic refund.

 

An incorrect item shipped due to Fleet Rx or supplier error will be corrected at no cost, including return shipping.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected, or once a supplier confirms a claim. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after that confirmation.
