Shipping policy

Fleet Rx Government Supply ships most items via parcel carrier. Oversized or freight-class items (chain, tarps, dunnage bags, and similar bulk cargo-control equipment) ship via LTL freight, quoted separately based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

Products fulfilled through a supplier-direct or drop-ship arrangement ship from the supplier's location, and transit time depends on that supplier's own processing and carrier network.

 

Because Fleet Rx confirms sourcing before committing to a firm price, exact lead times are provided at the time of quote rather than promised in advance. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment on any item.

 

Once an order ships, tracking information is provided by email.

 

Freight and parcel damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, so a claim can be filed with the carrier or supplier.

 

Delivery estimates are the carrier's own and are not guaranteed by Fleet Rx.
